Signing of the BDA BSL Charter with Nottinghamshire Healthcare NHS Trust.
21 May 2014: A 'Listening Event' with Nottingham City Council, Nottinghamshire Police, Nottingham City Transport, Nottingham City NHS CCG, Nottingham University Hospitals NHS Trust, Nottingham County Council .
25 July 2014: Nottinghamshire Healthcare NHS Trust Annual General Meeting (AGM) – 25th July 2014
29 October 2014: Feedback to the organisations who attended the Listening event on the 21 May 2014. This meeting encouraged porogress with the organisations plans for developing their access to Deaf people.
27th November 2014: meetings with Equality and Diversity Officer from Notts Healthcare NHS Trust, and managers of Notts Healthcare IAPT 'Lets Talk Wellbeing' and the Community Deaf Mental Health Services. Discussions about how servivces can make themselves more accessible to D/deaf people as well as some of the concerns from current service users.
11th December 2014: meeting with NEMS (http://www.nems.org.uk/index.html) - who provide out of hours GP services in Notts. They invited us to carry out a 'mystery shopper' exercise with some of their reception and assessment staff.
